- 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb grated Jack cheese
- 2 (1 lb) cans Whole Green Chiles, drained
- 4 eggs
- 2.tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- Pre-heat oven to 350-F.
- Line a 9×13 dish with a layer of split peppers.
- Cover with a mix of the two cheeses, reserving half.
- Top with a second layer of peppers.
- Finish with a top layer of the cheeses
- Beat the eggs, flour, salt and milk. Pour over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
