Colleen’s Baked Chicken Breast with Artichoke

4 chicken breasts
1 can artichoke in water, drained and chopped
1 small can diced green chiles
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan

Preheat oven to 375.
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and place onto a casserole dish.
Top each piece of chicken with the artichoke mixture.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165.
If desired, turn on the broiler for the last minute to brown the top.

Approximately 375 calories per chicken breast.
