- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly grated black pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake well. If it tastes too tart, add another tablespoon of olive oil or a tablespoon of mayonnaise is nice too.
