I loved the house made chicken sausages at Jimbo’s. My favorite is the Chicken Basil Pine Nut. Just bake at 400 for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes. They are also great on the grill.
I usually serve them with Arugula and Apple salad or Farro Salad and either Smashed potatoes or Trader Joe’s Sweet potato fries which I roast at 400 along with the sausages (even though the instructions say 425).
