1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 ripe banana
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey (I use maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 or 5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely blended. Makes two servings.

¼ cup organic pumpkin puree
1 frozen organic banana
1 organic date, pitted and torn into pieces
¾ cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ tsp organic vanilla extract
½ tsp organic pumpkin pie spice
3 ice cubes
