Mom’s Pizza Dough

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add salt.
  2. Stir in 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup of water.
  3. Start needing the dough. Add more water as needed to make dough pliable.
