Roasted Broccoli or Cauliflower

Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into Small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Roast At 450 for 20 minutes or until browned and tender.

Broccoli 

  • 2 pounds broccoli florets
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
Roast at 425 for 18-25 minutes
