Za’atar

Adapted from Martha Stewart

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Combine toasted sesame seeds, grated lemon zest, dried thyme and dried oregano, coarse salt, and ground pepper.
