Zuchinni Noodles with Pine Nut Pesto (dairy free)

I learned how to make this delicious recipe during a Plant Based Food Demo.

5 cups fresh basil, tightly packed
1 cup raw pine nuts
1.5 cups extra-virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh garlic
4 teaspoons Coconut Aminos, Braggs Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-3 whole zucchini, spiralized

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Serve over raw zucchini spirals.
